Forward Operating BaseVeteran mentorship, youth resilience, and SMB apprenticeship pipeline

Colorado Springs pilot · Seeking Colorado / California nonprofit partner

Forward Operating Base

FOB is shifting the website toward what the program now is: a 45-day veteran and youth cohort, a local SMB apprenticeship pipeline, and a 14-module operating system that supports mentorship, business growth, crisis response, and program delivery.

We are actively looking for local SMB participation and for the right nonprofit fiscal sponsor in Colorado or California. Until that agreement exists, FOB remains a project of True North Data Strategies LLC and donations remain non-tax-deductible.

SMB Module Access

Participation opens the first tool stack

Participating SMB partners receive FOB's contract and proposal generation workflow at no upfront cost while they are active in the program. That gives a partner immediate access to the proposal-writing capability tied to real business participation, not just a demo.

Ongoing updates, maintenance, and refinement move to a retainer if the partner wants the tool kept current after the initial delivery period.

The remaining FOB modules can be licensed or purchased separately for a fee, depending on partner fit, operational need, and implementation scope.

This keeps the value exchange clear: SMBs that mentor and host apprentices get a meaningful operational benefit, and the broader module ecosystem remains available as paid capacity-building support.
